Espresso Cup

80ml, thick-walled, holds its heat

A small thrown stoneware cup, 6cm tall and 6cm across, holding 80ml, with a thick straight wall and no handle. Glazed inside and out in Cobalt — a deep saturated blue that runs almost black where it collects at the foot and breaks to pale grey-blue over the throwing rings.
